Winter Indoor Field Hockey is a competitive club program that helps athletes develop quick stick skills, speed, footwork, decision-making, and confidence in small spaces. Indoor is a fast-paced version of the game and is best suited for players who have prior field hockey experience or are ready for a more competitive environment.
Teams may be offered for U10, U12, U14, U16, and U19 age groups depending on registration numbers and player evaluations. The indoor season generally runs from late fall through winter, with practices and tournaments.
